Your tattoo inquiry
When you submit the online form, William Martz receives your name, email, optional phone number, tattoo idea, placement, size, project type, optional budget, portfolio reference and selected photographs. Your inquiry is stored in a private WordPress database hosted by Hostinger. Campaign tags, when present in the link you used, are saved with your inquiry to identify its source.
Private photographs
Reference photographs are resized and re-encoded before storage. They can be viewed by William and authorized studio team members after sign-in. Submitting a photograph does not authorize its publication in the portfolio or use in advertising.
Email and follow-up
William and authorized studio team members can review your inquiry in the private studio. When email alerts are enabled, an alert containing your contact details and project summary is sent through the studio’s Hostinger mailbox to William’s designated inbox. The alert includes the number of photographs and a private link; photographs are not attached. Your inquiry remains saved if an email alert is delayed or unavailable. Authorized staff can keep internal notes, track the project, prepare a quote, record a confirmed deposit and arrange a session. Recording a deposit here does not charge your card.
Your contact choices
Email permission allows replies about this inquiry. Phone calls and texts are optional and used only when you select them. They are not required to purchase a tattoo. You can ask us to stop contacting you by a particular channel. Your inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to advertising or promotional campaigns.
Bookings and external services
In-person consultations use Cal.com. Its booking form and external links to maps or Instagram are handled by those services under their own privacy policies. This website does not install advertising pixels or third-party analytics.
Access, corrections and removal
Contact wmartz@t2ronins.com to request access to your inquiry, corrections or removal, or to stop further contact. We may need to verify your identity before making changes. Information is used for your consultation and project follow-up; hosting and email backups may retain copies until their normal expiry. Deleting photographs from the active studio does not immediately remove backup copies or previously delivered email summaries.
