Your information.
This notice applies to the Gabriel portfolio and its inquiry form on T2 Ronins. The T2 Ronins team, coordinated by William Martz, handles inquiries for the artist selected on your form. The notification goes to this coordination team; it does not imply that Gabriel has already received or answered it personally.
What you send
The form asks for your name, email, phone, preferred tattoo city, idea, placement, approximate size and your contact permissions. Home city, style and reference images are optional. Required privacy and email-permission boxes start unchecked. Phone calls and SMS have separate optional permissions; the form does not sign you up for marketing.
Where your inquiry goes
When you select “Send inquiry,” your information is sent to T2 Ronins over HTTPS on the published website and saved privately for inquiry coordination. The notification email identifies the chosen artist, city and inquiry reference so the team can reply to the right request. Reference photographs are attached to the site owner’s notification email; they are not added to the public portfolio or public knowledge catalog.
A saved inquiry is not a confirmed booking. An email accepted for sending does not establish that it reached an inbox. The form reports the saved reference and any notification issue so you do not need to submit the same request again.
Reference photographs
Before sending, your browser converts supported images to smaller JPEG files, with a maximum long edge of 1600 pixels and a maximum size of 300 KB per image. The form accepts up to four images. Conversion removes the original image metadata from the attached JPEG. Please share only relevant references you are allowed to send and avoid medical documents, identity documents and unnecessary sensitive information.
Contact about your request
The required email permission lets the T2 Ronins team respond about your inquiry for Gabriel. Calls or text messages about the inquiry require the separate permissions you choose. You can ask the team to stop contacting you or to review or delete your inquiry by replying to its email response. You can withdraw SMS permission by replying STOP. No form entry is exposed through the public portfolio tools.
Your browser and separate services
Before submission, your entries and prepared image previews stay in the current page memory; this form does not store them in browser local storage. Closing or reloading the page can discard them. If a network result is uncertain, retrying within the same page uses the same request identifier to help prevent duplicate saving.
Opening Instagram or another artist’s site takes you to a separate service with its own privacy rules. The website does not receive messages sent through Instagram. Portfolio photographs and fonts are served by this website rather than Instagram embeds. Optional Google Analytics statistics are off unless you accept them in “Statistics choices.” Each artist uses separate measurement. With your permission, Google may set statistics cookies scoped to this artist’s section to measure visits, selected contact clicks and a newly saved inquiry. The website sends only fixed artist/city categories and a clean page path: no inquiry name, email, phone, answers, photograph, saved reference, URL query string or inquiry record identifier is sent to Google by our statistics code. A saved inquiry is counted only after a confirmed save, and known QA tests and duplicate saves are excluded. A contact click does not establish an inquiry or booking. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. We remember only your artist-specific statistics choice for up to 180 days; statistics cookies also expire within 180 days. “Decline” keeps statistics off, and you can withdraw permission through “Statistics choices.” We respect Global Privacy Control by keeping statistics off. Google uses statistics cookie identifiers and browser/device information under its own privacy policy. This choice is independent of the permission to save and answer your inquiry. These pages do not contain a Meta advertising pixel.
